Use the clock on your device

Website and installed web app

Use the clock directly in your browser. The Install menu on the clock offers Install web app with instructions for your browser. Both versions save clock settings locally and support offline clock use after downloading. Installing the web app (PWA) does not add the desktop tracker, automatic sync, or guaranteed background alarms.

Desktop app 0.1.3

The desktop app adds an optional private daily tracker: date, optional weight in kg or lb, and a Yes/No check-in for following your plan. Records stay encrypted on your computer; daily logs are kept for 90 days. Set up the tracker separately after installation. It has encrypted backups and no account or automatic synchronization with the website.

Install and update

Mac: open the Apple-silicon DMG and move Fasting clock to Applications. If macOS blocks the unsigned app, use Privacy & Security → Open Anyway only after verifying the download. Windows: run the x64 setup file and review any unsigned-installer warning. Linux: install the amd64 Debian package using your package manager on a supported Ubuntu desktop session.

The tested systems above describe actual package checks, not compatibility with every OS version. In the desktop app, use Settings to check for updates or download and install the newer package. Downloading a file alone does not install it. Keep backups before changing devices; browser settings and desktop records do not transfer automatically.
