How the clock works

Choose your window

Open the clock and choose Set my window. The initial example is labelled and is not a recommendation. Choose a duration or enter custom start and end times, then review and select Use this schedule. Ratios list fasting hours first: 16:8 means sixteen fasting hours and eight eating hours. No preset is required or selected for you.

Read your schedule

Amber marks scheduled eating hours and blue marks fasting hours. Text beside the dial shows the same schedule. The center shows the scheduled phase, countdown, next boundary, and current time. Overnight windows say that they end the next day. Your times follow the device’s time zone; the countdown uses elapsed time through daylight-saving changes.

Change or pause

Edit window previews changes before Apply changes saves them. Cancel leaves the current window unchanged. Pause schedule stops its reminders and retains your hours. Resume schedule returns to the current interval without replaying missed reminders. Turning off sound does not pause the schedule.

Saving and offline access

Settings save automatically on this browser and device. After the clock downloads, you can reopen it offline. Opening or refreshing online loads the current release. An already open tab can show New version available; finish edits and save or back up unsaved settings before reloading. Public information pages need an internet connection.

Settings offers a readable settings backup and restore. Browser cleanup or device loss can erase saved settings. Installation does not synchronize devices or add desktop records.

Optional reminders

Reminders mark opening, one hour before closing, and closing; windows lasting an hour or less skip the advance reminder. Sounds start off and notifications need your permission. Quiet hours silence sounds and notifications. Keep the clock open and the device awake: closed, locked, background, or suspended web apps can miss reminders. Installing the web app does not guarantee alarms. Do not rely on this clock for medication or critical care.

Full-screen clock

Choose Full-screen clock for a wall display with the clock and necessary controls. Exit clock view or Escape returns to the ordinary view. Product information stays outside that display.
